I love this simple healthy recipe. These yummy cookies can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack or even dessert. Best of all, they are low in calories and still taste very delicious.
1/2 cup of oats
2 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup of mixed fruit and nuts (I bashed the nuts)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6 tablespoons of water
Preheat oven to 325F. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until nice and smooth. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and scoop the ingredients onto the tray (should make 6 cookies). Next bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
